I'm not sure this is the right spot to post this but I will give it a shot. I'm sure you guys have heard this one before but I was hoping someone could help me out. I am looking to buy a WRX or STI 2007 or newer as a project. I would like to pick up a wrecked car with a good drivetrain to build into my next weekend track car. I don't need any of the body panels to be good so even a rollover would work. I work at a body shop so I'm not concerned at all with the appearance of the car as long as the drivetrain is usable. Does anyone know where or who to talk to get get a complete car in need of repair? I have looked all over the internet and always come across those auction sites. What should I expect for a price to pick up one in need of repair? Any help is appreciated.
