Well today I met this guy who is trying to get rid of his 93 1.8 4 door and I had considered buying it. He said he would take a few hundred bucks but I was wondering how a 1.8 5 speed tranny would work on a 2.2? Whether they are cable or hydrolic clutch? And one of the main problems is he said it will start but wont move. I think if it is hydrolic it could be because he has no pressure in his slave cylinder which led me to my question above. Would it be worth it to purchase it and swap the tranny in my car when it has around 194xxx miles on it?
