Boost Fluxuation

Hey guys,

I have an 01 RS with a 2003 WRX motor in it. Recently I noticed when I hit full boost, it starts bouncing up and down between 10 and 15psi. What would cause something like this? The boost control solenoid, wastegate or something like that? Its a stock TD04 turbo with a TXS up and PDE Down. Thanks!

i thought it went like thi:

for flutter you tightened the arm

for boost spike (sounds like thats what's happening since ur not hitting target boost) you loosen it.

heres a write up.

its really easy. just loosen the nut before hand
and DONT LOSE THE C CLIP!
lol

good luck
