257 block and phase 2 sohc 251 heads

I am currently doing research on creating a hybrid motor using an sti block and 251 sohc heads from my car. I haven't seen many details on this type of hybrid build, but it will be supercharged when its built, hoping for sti numbers at the wheels, but torque is the winner here, peak hp isn't as useful on a daily drive. There is full forged sets of rods and pistons for similar builds running just under 2 grand, but has anyone here messed with this or knows someone who has? The pistons will have to be custom to keep compression above 9.0 to 1, but i do not know how the head and block will line up or if i may be seeing valve issues. Any ideas at all guys?
