Question 1995 ej18 to 1996 ej20t?

would this swap be fairly plug and play kinda thing or will it be alot of wiring sorry im new just trying to figure somethings out before i start saving

that would be a lot of wiring, but do start saving though. sooner the better. This is, after all, the most expensive hobby in the world except for maybe yacht racing or blimping or skeet shooting gold bars -actually about the same as skeet shooting gold bars

Car Info: 1993 Impreza L EJ20 Turbo FWD
im doing it, unfortunately, my harness was cut, and it didnt come with the harness part that plugs into the ecu, the 1.8 only has 3 plugs into the ecu, and the 1996WRX ECU has 4 ports. so this must be figured out.

does anyone know where to buy the harness' at or what other car might have a similar harness.

I found the pinout for the WRX ecu, but its not color coded. I need that.
