Sucks that Subaru is voiding most to all 3rd gear failures
i hear that going with a 40 series profile tire helps a bit. i read that on nasioc somewhere, i think 03_impreza_al can elaborate

Ive read good things about the MFctory gears on Nasioc. 1-4 setup I believe they are.
They retain the stock 5th. Only thing I heard was there is a huge drop off from 4th to 5th.

Their great gears for the price. Not as expensive as PPGs, but if your shooting for 300+whp those are great gears I heard

are you dd'ing your car? a 20G/green are pretty big for that. I think you would be pretty happy with a evoIII 16G or a 18G even. You have to think about your internals and everything else when you go big. Just a reminder.

I'm just looking out for you since you just blew your tranny, lol. Im running almost 400 on just pump gas on a 20G, will be well into the 400's with 100oct. I doubt my sti will last with the 100oct tune, before I do anything, I'm dropping in pistons, and that is really all you need to get more hp out of the motor. Pistons is the one weak point in our motors. If you are planning on going bigger anyway, just drop in pistons now and then go for a bigger turbo later. 100mm pistons and you will be good to go!
