Impreza 1995 AWD 2.2

F/S: Impreza 1995 AWD 2.2 $2200
Hey,
I'm just sort of testing the waters, unless I get a good deal right now, but I'm trying to see if anyone would want to trade me a 5speed legacy sedan (1995ish style) with a sunroof, for my subaru impreza L awd.
I know that extra cash would have to be involved, but it's a question of how much, if even anyone wants to do this.
Here's a little about my car:
It's a 1995 2.2 automatic L, with 143,xxx on the clock. Runs perfectly fine. CD Player would come with the car.
The bads:
Has a few hardly noticable dents. One on the hood from a tire that fell off an SUV and I hit it head on and the others that were there when i bought the car. In the pics, you can see these are nothing too major. The gas gauge is quite off, it reads far too fast, almost as if the car only has a 10gallon tank, but it does read from full to empty, so it's at least better than nothing.
Other than that, the car is sound. Runs great and is pretty quick.
I pretty much want any car with a sunroof and 5-speed, but a legacy with a sunroof and 5spd w/ awd is just so much more appealing. If anyone has anything for me please hit me with it.
