Best offer I have received so far is for $14000.
Nothing has been set for the sale as of yet and it is any bodies ball game.

smog test. Should be able to pass with an OEM exhaust on it. I am getting a complete turbo back OEM exhaust from another member. Will be included with the car.

Marc. In california isn't the seller required to smog within 90 days prior to sell? Maybe go get it smogged and then try to sell it?

Shoot I think you should just part that sucker out. Sell it for the same price your asking now and sell the parts to make up some of what you're loosing.

I've got some stock wheels and isht like that.

I'm getting an OEM turbo back and am going to try and smog her that way.

The car is considered an out of state purchase (since it is registered through Florida now).
Per the Seaside DMV, buyer would be responsible to smog. Also, here's the official info

http://www.dmv.ca.gov/pubs/brochures/howto/htvr9.htm

No time to do a part out. No parts to do a part out. (stock Turbo, injectors, fuel pump, the hard stuff to part out) Would need OEM front brakes to be able to use stock wheels.

I could part out the Zero Sports Splitter and the STi Intercooler...other than that, kinda hard pressed with time and resources.

isn't there a visual inspection involved with out of state vehicles? If you can get it to pass, that'd be great.
