I'm in the process of buying my first home, so it's time for the STi to go in favor of a huge down payment. I'm going to try and be as detailed as I can with the information about the car so there are no surprises if anyone comes to see the car.

General: The car is in fantastic condition and has been babied since the day I purchased it. All scheduled and preventative maintenance has been performed. I'm the only person that gets to drive the car.

Exterior: This is the only area I would say the car has any flaws. The paint is not perfect, but is in good condition. The luster and shine is still there but there are various rock chips and minor scratches. This is probably to be expected with our flying bricks and the wafer thin paint.

Interior: There isn't much to say here other than the interior is in perfect condition. The driver's side is showing zero signs of wear.

Mechanical: The car is in perfect condition mechanically as well. I've never had a single problem and, as I noted above, I've been diligent about performing all scheduled and preventative maintenance. I've replaced all motor and gear oils with top of the line Royal Purple Synthetic products.

Wear & Tear: The brakes were replaced a couple months ago so they are close to 100%. The tires are Bridgestone S-03 Pole Positions and have probably 50% tread left. All fluids were replaced at 36k miles so those won't need to be replaced again for a while yet.
