This model has a 270hp V-6 with an Additional 200hp Electric Booster motor located in the back and driving the rear wheels under heavy acceleration .. don't ask me how they got that to work. Mitsubishi says that the actual car will look alot diferent and probally have a 200hp. Hybrid-Turbo

Yeah, the reason I mentioned the OBS is because both it and the 9-2X Linear have the 16" tires and 16" alloys (granted a different design) and fogs (I think) while the TS has the smaller steel wheels and the fogs are an option. Either way though, the TS/OBS is basically the same thing for alot less money.

AWD/4WD cars are starting to pick up in popularity too, so we can expect to see a lot more soon.
Personally, I would love to get a G35X

I personally wouldn't want one of the AWD systems based on a transverse-mounted engine other than the Evo's. It's just to complex to convert FWD to AWD. It just doesn't get any better than Subaru's AWD system.
Also, the Porsche system is very different from Subaru's. In fact, there are quite a few variations of Porsche AWD. The center diff in most Porsches is actually a clutch type LSD and, get this- the two sides actually spin at slightly different speeds, all the time. I don't have an in-depth explanation handy, but that feature is responsible for the non-dyno status of several 911 models.

A friend of mine has a last gen Pontiac Grand Prix GTP which he says has primarily FWD but will divert power to the rear if the fronts slip. He said he did a four wheel burnout when he test drove it a few years back.

The Subaru AWD is arguably one of the best, especially with regards to price. I'm not really super familiar with the specifics of the other car companies AWD systems, but I would assume they are decent. I would assume that most come with a limited slip in the rear, so they've got to be worth the extra money.
It also depends on which Subaru AWD system you are refering to. Take the base Legacy, Impreza or Forester with an automatic transmission and without limited-slips. Then these other systems are probably a bit better.
