Understanding a Dyno graph.

Ok, so I get the general idea, HP goes up and peaks. Fuel goes downwards and levels out.. But what else can you get from it? What about the path the line takes getting to peak HP?

What does it mean (if anything) around 4500 rpm where it dips a little?

Car is a 02 wrx wagon, snorkel removed, uppipe/downpipe, and exhaust. Thats pretty much it for power mods.
