I got to go to a taping of the show last week and it looks very promising. This is not simply a copy of the original but an American interpretation. The presenters are pretty cool and the production quality is top notch. I got to speak with the hosts and the British producer that is actually in charge of the original show and I think they have an entertaining product. It will never replace the original but will be more of a Law and order SVU or CSI-NY type of spin off.

And the latest season of TopGear UK is showing on the BBC America channel.....

They are shooting the show at the old Marine base in El Torro in So Cal......

 

It'll be comedian Adam Ferrara instead of Adam Corolla

 

I just saw that. I'm glad because I can't stand Adam Corolla.
