Okay, coolest thing ever... I know gal whom I've befriended over the years, she was here on a work visa straight from London. She came here to study adertising and film, well, long story short, her and I have kept in touch through the years and turns out she now works at the BBC headquarters in England, same spot where they film Top Gear, which we know is the best show ever!

Now onto the good news! She has a contact that works in the top gear studio office, and if we, BAIC, @ BAM 9 make a video with a noise loud enough showing our love for top gear she will personally send it to the top gear office personally, which means that Jeremy Clarckson, Richard Hammond, and Captain Slow, AKA James May will probably personally view the video!

Here's my idea. During the BAM raffle, where everyone will be, I say that we coordinate a large group (All of us) of us to say "BAY AREA I-CLUB LOVES TOP GEAR!!!!" all at once... or something to that tune. I will then forward her the video and she will then forward it to the top gear office!

How friggin cool is that!? If you're a top gear fan you're probably as excited as I am... So, WHO'S WITH ME?!


Of course the video clip will show a nice shot of all the subies in the lot, and what's cooler then having 500 people saying they love top gear, especially from across the pond!?

This thread is to show interest in this, lets make a big noise, so loud that they'll hear it all the way over the Atlantic Ocean! We are BAIC, we can TOTALLY do this! This is your chance to show off what BAIC is made of! Lets show those brits what we're made of!

yeah, I know, I know... It'll still be great to know that our top gear guys are watching BAIC at their annual event. They've bound to get a kick out of it.

There's a lot of scooby lovers in England, and I know Jeremy isn't too keen on the new inprezas, but hammond seems to like them. They even call them Scoobie Doos.

I really wanted to buy the whole stig race gear set, but it's well over a grand... and well, I'm so broke I can't afford to pay attention.

ok, not that broke, but not rich enough to buy 1k+ worth of racing gear when I could spend it on car parts or guns,

 

Man, I can't thank you guys enough for making BAM into what it is. It's a lot of work and sometimes I question why I put the event on, but the day after when everyone is happy and all the pics and videos show up, it's all worth it. I love making you guys happy!
