I suggest calling your local subaru dealership, and ask the service dept where the closest training center/program is. They might even higher you w/o the subaru specific training and send you through the training themselves.

Please let me know because I am planning on doing the same if Mercedes-Benz doesn't hire me out the gates because of experience issues.
