Yeah, um. I will re-type it for everyone to understand.
BTW: The salesman saw the STi all stickerd up. So he obviously knew I had raced it. I also told hm that I drive my car very fast.

Either way its still impressive handling.
There's no protege class that I'm aware of, I think you're thinking of spec miata racing. But yeah, the proteges have extremely good handling, especially when you upgrade the suspension. Mazdas tend to be a little bit more stiffly sprung compared to other cars, the I think the MP3 has bigger sway bars, wider/better tires, lowere/stiffer springs, and upgraded struts when compared to the stock protege. Believe it or not they are first genners who have better performing cars than the third gens, the first gen is a lighter platform and you can swap in the infamous BP motor (1.8 n/a or turbo), some of those cars have crazy crazy handling, there are stories about 1g's giving wrx's plenty of run for their money in the twisties. Another note, the MSP has a LSD, so I'd expect a little bit faster slalom times compared to the mp3

I was so close to buying a srt-4. I mean I really dont think you could get any closer. My dad had the money ready, looked over all the papers, and we went for the final test drive with the srt-4 that we wanted. My dad test drove it and liked it, we asked the salesman if i could just take it around the corner to see if i like it. "No im sorry i can't let you do that". And he was in the car to because its their "exotic car". Unfortunatly their policy was age 18+ to test drive the car. Couple weeks later i got a WRX and COULD be happier, with maybe an enzo.

Subaru salesmen aren't as easy to scare. Most of them or atleast the ones I've delt with have some sort of racing background or experience plus subaru does a good job of putting them through training courses that show them the real preformance of the cars. The guy I went driving with most recently ran 8 sec 1/4 mile cars and owned his own repair shop for a while. When at the training sessions he has fun scaring the pro drivers because they don't typically get trained drivers like him that know how to really push the limits and still maintain control.

And sorry, but I think what you did was pretty immature. It's one thing to speed when you're driving yourself, or a friend that knows your driving habits, but you shouldn't be doing that with some one elses life... IMO atleast.

I work for a car dealer (not a salesperson though), and we carry SRTs but we don't take teenagers seriously when they come in to see the car. Unless they put $$$ for down payment first (to hold the car), then "Maybe" we can let you test drive it. ANd, its stupid for that dealer to let them drive in the highway on the first place.
But that's f*****g hilarious though.. . .Yeah SRT do suck.. .. its cheap but it suck.
