Saturn Ion Redline vs. Dodge Neon SRT: The battle of the Torque steering compacts
Ya, check it out... Saturn Ion Redline: 200hp Supercharged 2.0l with altezas to boot
http://www.edmunds.com/news/autoshow...9/page021.html
The SRT is definatly probably going to be faster, but i'm still having a good laugh about the torque steer the Neon has and the Ion will have

Hey, at the NY auto show Chevy has a 'next generation' Impala SS on display that is due to come out later this year.
Guess what it makes?!
238Hp and even less torque....all this from a supercharged V6 with an intercooler to boot!
My box stock 2004 Honda 'Pilot' SUV, my neighbors 2003 Honda 'Odyssey' and my accountants 2004 Honda 'Accord' all make 240HP at least...and thats NA with only VTEC.
Come on America...we can beat down Saddam Hussein, why can't we come out with a halfway decent, competitive, and reasonably affordable lineup of sports cars/sedans without having to be purchased by Germans and provided R&D support (Dodge).
Worst, GM buys SAAB and ruins the product line using a knock-off GM Europe chassis.
Aye Dios Mio!
