don't worry about it, I didn't think you came across as harsh at all. I know what it's like to want that car so bad that you can taste it! You look at it in pictures all the time. You try to sneek peeks of it at the dealership on the way to work. Been there. We all have.
girl vs. car???
I think I i've got the best of both worlds. I've been dating my girl for about six months. I've had my car for about three. My girl has paid for a set of wheels, and my ej20 swap
The unbelievable part is it was her idea, never said a word other than I wanted to do the project

what does she drive?
what does she drive? Is she a car chick? Or does she just like to see you happy? Either way it sounds like you got a damn fine lady there.
She drives an Audi a4 1.8t(b5) with an apr chip, and milltek turbo back. She likes to see me happy more than anything, but when I mentioned that we could make her car faster, she fronted the money for the chip and milltek exhaust, so maybe she's a car chick in the making.

that ain't no car chick in the making. THAT IS a car chick. She's got a good car to work with and is ready to have fun with it. You got it made. Trust me there is nothing like working on your car if your girl is willing to help and vise versa. I wouldn't let her go if I was you. Car chicks are far and few between. Enjoy!
