I remember one of Top Secret's Supras had the 3SGTE from the MR2. It sat wayy back in the engine bay which made room for a huge fan and turbo. It had 720hp and topped out at over 200mph.

That is Friggin Sweet! When I had a Grand National, one of the guys in our club put the Grand National motor in one of those RX-7s. The thing was a griggin beast. It was a sleeper too with a faded silver paint jog. I'll try and post up some pics if I can find them.

Found a link that talks about his car. The guys name is Mark, and his RX-7/Grand National ran an 11.6 at 114mph. I swore he got it down faster than that though.

Oh, and a guy named Derek Grub put a Grand National motor into a '73 240Z and got the thing to run in the mid 10's.

thats a crock of ****.... the record for a supra on completely stock internals is about 950rwhp... how is the rb26 stronger? Theres a supra daily driven street car here in the US that pumps out 1453rwhp on upgraded internals... i can vouch for the rb26 being lighter but not stronger
