Well its along story but I can make it short. First get in accident car gets towed to tow yard. Then my insurance calls me and tells me that they cant do an
adjustment on my car becasue the car was not at the lot.

Turns out someone idiot said that I didnt have insurance so my finance co. repossesses the car. Now it takes 2 weeks just to get car looked at by my insurance because they got backed up.

The day after my car got adjusted they break into it steal tons of parts and cause 7k in damage's.

At this point im very upset and want to get this kid I know that its some f***ing Honda kid becasue everyone who ownes wrx or sti's are in the Navy with me and well we can just buy the parts insted of stealing them.

So they give me this b.s. story and they refuse to pay for some of the damages and parts because they say that was on my car before they got it or that was already stolen on from the other lot.

So I pay $3000 out of pocket to buy back parts just to make my car run and to have in the state it was in prior to the accident.

So I go and hang out at my friends house this Tuesday and this guy with a turbo hatchback (I some what know him) sayshe ended up buying my mbc from this kid not knowing that it came off my car.

Well he told me what car he drives and what he looks like so I see this kid riding around town (in a ricer civic) so I get his plate number and find out his adress.

I initially had the accident in mid Feb. now we are in June and got my car back two days ago and its running like **** feels like the timming is off and just bogs when im driving slow.

So now I have all of this info and dont know if I should call the cops and try to have them arrest him or go to my Navy legal office and have them take care of it for me.

Oh and the fu**ed up thing is that the lot owners son helped this kid in and take some of the parts off and they went crazy and kicked fender in and dented the **** out of my roof.

Every time is see this kid I just want to f***k him up so bad but I think hes like 17 or 18 and well im in the Navy and would probablly go to jail if I had my way with him.

Oh I foregot to mention the cops did retrieve prints but he didnt have a record. Well bottom line what would you do, I am so frustrated with sittuation I just want to make sure that this kid pays for all of the troubles he has cost me.

First of all, that sounds like a total nightmare. If you get a moment, try and edit your post into paragraphs, it makes it a lot easier to read.

Regardless, since you're military I'd try talking to your legal office first. If they can't help you they'll probably tell you to go to the police. It sounds like you have enough to press charges.

On a side note, it sounds like you got scammed by the salvage yard or something? Am I reading that correctly?

 

Yup you're correct I am getting fu**ed by that tow yard. They refuse to pay for my maf sensor, sort ram, shift boot, blinker, and a huge dent in quarter panel that was estimated at $600 for parts and labor. Thanks for the reply bro I guess I'm just venting becasue I cant go and juddo chop that kid in the thoat.

 

Yeah, having your stuff stolen isn't a good feeling. You're lucky in that you have a good idea who did it, so just do it the right way so you can move on.

 

You should have gone to the JAG office a long time ago. They will definetly help you out. Not sure why you waited but go there as soon as you can Monday morning.

 

Well I'm a radiologist so if I am not a work no one else can do the job. I am stationed at a small dental clinic so we dont have to much people to do the job. Well thanks for everyone's advice and as soon as I get the chance I am planning on going to legal for help.
