I have a question on the lojack. Did anybody get a alpha pager, am i supposed to get one for wrx? If so i'm so going to be pissed off. I had mine installed when i purchased it from stevens creek and i never got anything. I heard there were options of notifying the owner by phone, email, and alpha pager. This was like 6 months ago. When i took it in at the time it took like an hour to install and when i do look back at it they never gave me the option if wanted to be reached by phone or the alpha pager. My stupid *** just noticed this very late, i even paid for the lojack at the time. It just dawned on me today cuz my friend has a g35 and he has lojack and showed me his alpha pager. I'm going straight down to steven's creek today after work and make sure. If it's not on i'm going to sue there ***!

 

have you tried going to lojack website and register yourselff and your car info? that's how i did mine and it work, it called me on my cell, emailed me. at first i thought that it wasn't working, then i drove my car without the key transmitter, and lojack called me after 5mins telling me to check my car. if you have already done that then i'd say take it back to the dealership and let them have a piece of your mind.

 

are you talking about the key pass transmitter? if you get early warning with your lo jack, you get a blue folder with all your paperwork and the key pass should be on your key ring. they dont send it to you. you probably just got the lojack system.

 

I thought when you purchase any lojack system it comes with the alpha pager, I mean that's the whole purpose of getting one right? That's just what i think, but just to get my money's worth i want to make sure.

 

i install lojack at work, but i dont work for the company. we install the lojack unit and the early warning. the lojack unit by its self is pretty good, but its a good idea to get the early warning with it because you get a phone call from lojack if your car is moved without the key pass present instead of you finding out the car was stolen overnight when you were asleep. more info at http://lojack.com/
