This is kinda ridiculous... (nobody signs up for track days)

I am in a car club that cosist of 72 members in a close area, consisting of wrx, sti's, m3's, SE-R, 350z's and other modified cars, and I tried to put a track day together and out of the 72 I got 7 guys to go which is not enough. I think that sucks that out of the 72 i could not even get half, cmon. What do you guys think about this, is it just me or does this suck.

Where in California are you and at what track? A lot of people can't make track days due to the cost, work or other obligations. There is a track day getting set up right now for October 4 and I won't be driving, partly because I'm not ready to get my car on a track yet, partly because I don't want to spend the $200+ on the event.

There's a big difference between joining a car club and going to track days. Imagine if i-club had gotten 10% of its members to go to the Buttonwillow track day in February.
