I am a new impreza owner and recently acquired a 2.2L Impreza Outback 5-speed. I was curious to know of a good, cost-efficient way to increase the power from this bombproof engine. I have done several searches for air intakes and not much has turned up. I have read also that without replacing the camshaft adding an air intake on these engines is just buying presents for your car without any sort of power increase. Please, any and all performance suggestions for a tight, college student budget would be most appreciated.
