I hate Mustangs so much, but something about a twin turbo mustang makes me want one, and a KB. Three of the sickest Mustangs I think i have ever seen!

got to love the sound of a crazy *** v8 with huge twin turbos!

 

1st mustang with twin turbo is too ricey. It doesn't go as it should with that much hp.

I like KB though. Looks like this one goes as it should.

 

^ yes that KB is huge in the mustang world, the 03-04 cobra mustangs are crazy *** cars, probably the only ford that I would ever want to own.

 

Are they running that KB on stock block? I wonder how far they have to build their internal.

As a former Vette driver I hate mustangs too! But if a Saleen we're given to me, you bet i'd mob it!

 

i never like the mustang. but 2 days ago i went to albany subaru and looked at their mustangs. they had 2 GT500 and 2 shelby. the short shifter on that shelby is the real SHORT. is better than sti's short shifter about 100 times. i swear. i can never miss shift on that shelby. feels like a real race car. if you guys have time should go check it out.

 

What were you impressions on the GT500?

 

Kind of Off-Topic, but is anyone on here a Mustang guy or have any experience with Mustangs? My GF has an '02 GT with a ProCharger, and it's running like crap. Could use some advice/expertise.

Yeah, I used to have an '03 SVT Cobra for couple years before switching into my '06 WRX. That was the power stage of my life, it had enough straight line mods that I can remember...Properly built, those engines can put down 900 hp, but traction, drivability and usability all get relatively affected.

What are the supporting mods for the charger and was it properly tuned? Can you elaborate on "crappy"?

 

they were nice cars. but will i buy it? NO. when i see mustang in my head is 30k max. i won't pay for a mustang over 30k i don't care what kind of mustang. GT500's price tag is 45k and it had 25k mark up. so 73k. 73k for a mustang GT500??? i rather TRY to offer dealership 73k at the GTR MRSP price and give a shot.

i'm not going to spend 73k on a ford mustang.
