going to sell what should I expect

Hey guys,
Ive owned my impreza for 3 years now and it's still not cutting it.
I picked it up after my friend wrecked my ls-1 firbird. My logic at that time was it was afordable, It was the best handeling and quickest car I test drove, and It would be a blast in the winter.
Well the car is still all of those things but its still not the firbird and it never will be
Im sick of pining over my firebird and the only way I can think to fix this situation is to eather turbo my impreza or sell it off and buy a firebird. I am affrade If I turbo the car it will always feel like a cop-out and I will never be happy with it.
so thats the logic.
here is the specs on my car;
2000 2.5 rs coupe
5 speed
109,000 miles
head gaskets, water pump, and timing belt replaced 1000 miles ago and documented.
intirror:
cloth after market sony mini disk head unit, sony audio input modual, 6 disk sony changer, custom fiberglass rear deck speaker/cd changer box.
short throw shifter
some scraches on center consul
engine:
heads, intake manafold, and tb were port matched when changing head gaskets
tb was kife edged and polished, also when replacing head gaskets.
under drive pully
borla header
stromung mid pipe
wrx exhaust
white line anti lift kit
white line flat out springs
kyb gr2 struts (all four corners)
exterrior looks good, typical small rock chips in the hood, some small parking lot dings but nothing major.
the aftermarket front facia is beat up prity bad but i still have the stock bumper cover.
side skirts are painted to match, and paint matched wrx rear bumper spats
I blacked out the headlights
the grill is modified.
trunk and air foil are de-badged
after market rear view mirrors
it comes with;
wrx td-04 turbo
wrx stock boost guage and new wires and vacume tubeing for it.
stock front bumper
stock rear deck cover
stock rear view mirrors
stock crank shaft pully
stock shifter
stock springs
stock a-arm mounts
stock radio.
stock exhaust manafold and mid pipe
bad things about the car;
will need new tires in a season
the clutch shudders a bit when cold
front speakers are in a bad way (not blown but crackels from time to time)
after market front facia is beat up

so thats the tail.
kbb.com sez the car is worth $7,600
I still owe $5600 on it.
I keep on getting told that the 2 doors are a bit sought after, and I still have contact info from people that have seen the car and want me to let them know if I ever sell it.

ok the questions
Would this intrest in the 2-doors rase the price?
Would I be better off putting it back to stock, replacing the clutch and get new tires, and selling off my after market stuff?
or going the other way
Should I go thru with the wrx turbo install with a voltage clamp and sell it off as a turbo car?
What should I expect to get from the car price wise?
What can I do to make it easier to sell and get the most from it?

I was hoping to get around $11,000 for it that would be well more than enough to pay off the bank and have a hefty down payment.

Im sorry if this sounds like a sales pitch (espically with the pics below of wich the spats arnt pictured and its very durty) I just have no clue how to price the car or what to expect to get out of it.
