you won't need one. the stock bypass valve will hold up to 22psi of boost with no problems. adding a bov to your setup will only add the sound, nothing else.

i seen a neon srt-4 driving on truxel today. came to a red light on truxela and del paso intersection and looked like he wanted to race. i wasnt even going to bother...really dont like street racing...but at green light he wouldnt shift up from 2nd gear...going in high rpm and suddently i start hearing this "vrooooom psh, psh psh pshhhhhh, vroom vroom psh psh psh" the dude was playin with his bov....i like the sound of them...but his was like PSHHHHHHH loud, i had my music up loud and i heard him from 5 cars behind. it was my first time hearing such a horible bov sound.

I think stage 1 for the srt-4 is a bov and a "stage 1" badge

And since you said you have the SPT intake, you should be able to hear the psssh sound you're looking for...just not super loud.

I prefer the stock bpv . I want to see how well it will work with a gt-35r set-up .

Take this for thought: All the high-end Imprezas: the S204, the type-25, the spec C, the RB-320, whatever, they all use the same OEM BPV that came with your WRX.

Just figured that's something worth mentioning.

Srt-4s measure air after the turbo, not before, so running a BOV is perfectly okay and doesnt hurt performance, change fuel between shifts, or any of the other ratty rat rat stuff a car with an MAF before the turbo suffers with a bov = )

Most of the stock ej25 recirculations valves can handle up to 18 psi's. Its mainyl for the sound that people get it. Not worth it at all. Unless you can find a aftermarket recirculation valve, but they sound too high pitched.
