i think people should get a bov
especially the 25+ people. kids always try to rice you in their rice rocket when they go, vrooommmm put put put...and zoom slowly pass u, thinking they just beat you in a race and flash their blinkers, but when you actually start picking up speed or when they are stuck hanging off a speedbump cuz their cars are so low, and when u pass them with the hiss of your bov they know u mean business
oh yea, another thing is for the age, it's cuz they think that they are the only people out there who "fixes" up their cars.

Thanks for responding
Thanks for responding guys. I posted that saying i had researched it using search. Then i went and researched it using search. I realized how blatantly obvious it was that i had not researched it using search.
Mainly i was looking to see if the BOV actually increases performance. It seems to have a purpose. That is what i wanted to know, if it was just for effects or for actually getting more out of your ride.
ps. I had researched it, but only like one paragraph worth.

the stock bov is good for up to 25 psi? maybe im wrong, but as far as performance wise the stock one is the best. now for looks and sound on a show car, the bov is definately a getter. just my 2 cents. i hope this helps. oh yea, also the 100% atmo bov's makes ur car run rich between shifts, but so far i have a turbo XS RFL on my car and i really dont notice the richness nor does my gas tank needle so i would say it's fine. gives a good woooshhh sound, it's an agressive woosh, not a girly one

the one i got is the rfl which is supposedly the loudest one u can get? but uhm i got a really good deal on mines off ebay for 130 shipped with the flange, BRAND SPANKIN NEW. but i saw on the for sale forum earlier like last weekend, someone was selling the turbo xs type H for about 60 with the flange kit (adaptor). also the turbo xs rfl usually runs for about 130 for a used one with or without adapter depending on whether u want to wait for the deal or not.
