Swap is still in progress, I need to neaten up the wiring quite a bit before all the sub-systems are integrated and ready for the road. So far it has only run in the garage. But I'm patient.

Where did you get the motor and how much did the motor set you bach, if you don't mind me asking.
I am looking to swap an EZ30 into my Legacy GT.

Imprezer - Look on car-part.com. If they have any (I've never seen more than three available in the whole country) they seem to run at about $3000+
Stretch - Mods? Probably the first thing would be import some gears that can handle the engine. Once I stop breaking transmissions, _then_ I'll worry about making more power.
Actually, I'm not to worried about it at the moment. I've scared myself with only 100 HP in a rally car. Twice that will scare me plenty. It's not quite as critical in a rally car: you need to have your ***** match your HP before it will do you any good.
