How will they know when you were traveling that speed, at the track, off road, in a school zone.
Big Brother wouldn't know what to do with all that info anyway. They have a hard enough time figuring out how to accommodate ATM cards as a payment method at the DMV.

sensors on random roads throughout cities? i dunno. I agree they are slow with technology but I have no doubts this will happen in some way, shape or form.
