So, I'm about to pick up another car... has to be utilitarian and small, and under 20k, so I'm going to get a Forester. It looks like they are making small cosmetic tweaks (like what they did to the 04 bug-eye wrx makeover).... redoing the climate control, and adding 10hp (variable valve timing).

They are currently offering 1750 cash back on the '05, and the '06 isn"t coming out till summer...in the meantime my trade-in is depreciating!

What should I do????

 

I say go with the 05. The looks are better and you will save more money with the 05. The variable valve timing and 10 horse won't make that much difference for everyday driving.
