Is anyone else having trouble logging onto Xbox Live? I read a rumor that they've grown too fast and can't keep up with the number of subscribers. Supposedly there's a class action law suit out of Texas.

 

It has seemed a bit spotty since Xmas. It seems to log me in OK at the start, but then get disconnects mid stream. I haven't even been playing online, just waiting for lap times to post to scoreboards. All of a sudden they just quit posting. Of course those are my world record times that get missed
