Interest rates are going up a little to keep inflation in check, but it won't go up to where it was in the 80s. I don't see the real estate market tanking, but we might see a correction within the next 2-5 years, and I think the odds of that happening would be higher if the economy dips. But what do I know, I flip burgers for a living.

You were entitled to 1/2 of everything (actually more, if you milked the system--unfortunate truth with CA laws), but sounds like you made the right decision.

If you had bought a house 2-3 years ago your gain should get you a Ferrari already.......you won't catch up by just putting away what you spend on modding your car.

you could puta way money for a new house and in 2 or 3 years, the prices will probably go higher
