WTF is up with these MIATA drivers?!?!
Same thing happend to me merging onto a freeway on ramp. Miata tries to race me and halfway around the turn(JUST like your diagram) starts to fishtail out of control! I had to slam on my brakes or he would have crashed right into me. He came within a foot of hitting the barrier. This was quite some time ago.

driving fast is one thing. I dont think ive seen any subaru driver "POWER SLIDE" on the streets.

hmm, I haven't had miata drivers do that to me. What happens all the time though to me is those guys on bikes always cutting in and out of traffic, splitting cars at 90+. 100% of any car out there would kill the guy if anything happened. Damn bikers.
Seriously though, glad you came out safe, you can never trust other drivers, always assume they don't know what they are doing since that is most likely the case.

Here's what happend. I was minding my own business and Rad One was riding his bike around like a pimp on crack. He was swerving lane to lane, both feet were out with heels flat on the ground like training wheels, and he caused me to swerve and hit a tree!
I'm gonna sue you man!
