WTF just happened in Newark?!?

My friend lives in Newark and he has a neighbor who's got this crack head friend who keeps yelling stuff in the middle of the day. If the neighbor's not home, the crack head's roaming around yelling stuff. There as a gang fight in the middle of his street sometime last year....the Newark PD showed up a half hour after they all scattered and left.

lemme give it a shot...
as i sit in the wendy's drive thru becuase union landing is currently full of police activities and i witnessed some people being detained.
as i get closer to the pickup window, a surprise came up as a group of trouble makers dressed in dark clothing began talking in a loud manner and running towards newark blvd.
they separated from my view and ran into the nearby establishments for concealment.
i am not telling you a lie when at least four newark PD crown vic and two sport utility vehicles drove in a fast manner into the lido (shopping center) parking lot.
i assume the police are looking for these suspects but <expletive deleted> i am not trying to run into the police because
a) i have a couple of illegal CARB parts
b) that area scares me at night.
as soon as a chance opened up, i left the wendys parking lot in a wild manner in which i made have broken a few laws and now i am at home enjoying some processed meat looking products in the disguised shaped of a chicken product.
edit: i saw some police officers investigating the goodyear tire store next to the chevron gas station, so i am not sure if all the activities stemmed from that location.
have sexual relations east bay...
