I don't know exactly how much you'd gain in an N/A car, maybe 5whp?
This has been tried through the years, and even an RS with the best tune doesn't gain anything significant.
I remember Alex's (Imprezer) 2.5RS back in 2000, with a Tech II and fully tuned by Shiv himself gained only little. Alex's car wasn't NEAR stock either, he had the best of the best parts from cusco and on.

My relevant 2 cents.
NA cars benefit very little, power wise, from a tune. This will be no different, COBB hasn't unlocked some mysterious tuning secret for NA cars.
This is basically a $700 toy for some features that aren't very accurate (0-60, dyno, etc.)
If you want a tune for smoother driveability, get an open source tune and save the extra money.

Yeah, I was kinda iffy on the $700 part, on the other hand their econo map supposedly gives you 38 mpg lol.
