The way the officer stated it seemed to indicate that he saw me long before he began to merge.

He just decided to merge even after he saw me.

 

Hopefully this is in the cop's report so your insurance company can look at it. Probably the last thing you want is for your insurance to think YOU'RE at fault.

I go from Sac to Rancho Cordova (also called Rancho Cambodia). It's about 20 miles each way. Not a very fun commute and today it sure was an expensive one.
