Yes, came with the LP Frame. Since I have like 3 of them now already (none on the car though), if you want it just let me know and I'll bring it to UCKK.

Yes, it reads boost in + or - (when in vacuum) PSI.
Not the easiest to read boost gauge though, since the lettering is only about 1/4" high
. But at least it is backlit so it is readable at night.
