winter rallyx
Reno SCCA doesn't offer anything like this in the region. And I don't think there is any other auto-x/rally-x series in the area.
We (Reno SCCA) tried to start one up a few years back for the auto-x off season, but it was more work than anyone was prepared to commit to. The plans fizzled a long time ago.

If you felt like a road trip, you could always sign up for this. It's a road course on snow and ice near Steamboat Springs, CO. Great skiing near by too. http://www.winterdrive.com/ I did it back in '03 and it was a ton of fun.
