If you're using the carpool lane with no one else in the car, you're not puting anyone at risk or driving hazordously.... you're just and a-hole.

That being said, I have no problem using it to pass people. It's still a passing lane in my eyes. Not that 95% of the drivers here know what a passing lane is or why the get tailgated for crusing 60mph in a passing lane.
+3

just paint on the ground my friend...the only paint i have respect for is the double yellow line...all other paint on the ground can shove it.

yeah, they have a priority list...and it goes red light cameras which are already in use...speeding cameras which ive heard about...and carpool cameras...riiiiiiggghhhh-tah

it would just be a waste of money...kinda like how they pay a pilot to skoot around 280 and watch you from the sky...as if the plane is a hybrid and puts energy back into its electric motor as it brakes...haha total waste of money and ive heard those airplane warnings are flase anyways.

Who cares
F'n Lemmings! I HATE LEMMINGS! they need to be passed and then guide the lead car into the wall as theyre putting on makeup...im sure the rest would follow and it would leave the elite autobahn style drivers to rule the freeways...give it about 10 years haha not.

Im surprised no one has brought up how people are beating the "red light camera" tickets.... There is something in the laws that say you cannot be legally photographed without your concent on private property, and isn't your car considered private property?

Carpool cams would hamper the chances of guys talking their womenz into providing the "Road Head", now why would you want that?
