The only thing I would have added to the second one is that time, after about 10 minutes of holding, talking to 2 different techs, when they transfer you and... click.... dial tone.

I once threw my phone through a door due to that. It was a BAAADDD day.

needless to say, the phone worked after that. So maybe by some miracle, they new the way to fix it.

unfortunately ive only been asked by parents how you copy paste the past 5 years, or email someone on craigslist...both of which exist on macs.

I get the "why isn't this working?" all the time when I'm clear across the room, nowhere near the computer. I guess because I'm able to plug the printer into the computer, I also have computer ESP.
