I'm telling you, aim those squirters a little high and it does the trick just fine.
One of my friends mentioned a trick he does with his bike but I don't know if it would work too well for us, especially if you still have a cat. When someone crowds him or gets a tad too close on the highway, just clutches in, wraps it out to about 11k, hits the kill switch while still holding the throttle open, then turn the switch back on after the exhaust has thoroughly loaded with gas and ***WHAM**** 10ft flame leaps out of the back lol.

Regardless of the speed you're traveling at, you should not be in the left-most lane unless you're passing another car.
If you don't follow this discipline, don't complain about tailgaters.
Europeans understand this concept much better. Keep the left lane free for passing, and eliminate passing on the right.
Tailgating in any other lane however is just wrong.
If some idiot is chasing you all over the lanes tailgating you, you'd better do something about it.

What i meant " regardless " is like I follow the traffic flow, take the left lane when i need to go faster. That should clear it a bit. Please excuse meee for that. =P

Get a loud exhaust, they'll quit tailgating or get a flame attachement for your exhaust, it's amazing how much space people give me after installing an injector on my exhaust.
