What dyno do you usually go to/use?

 

Thanks bro. The car has been on several dynos but when it comes to the tuning I drag myself down to LA and have Roshan at Brainstorm do the work. It has been on his dyno a ton of times.

What kind of dyno though? Dynopacks? Dynojet? Dynamic?

 

Brainstorm uses a Dynamic unit. There setup is pretty amazing. They just moved into a killer new building in LA. Very controlled tuning environment. I can't wait to run my car in January and see what it can do on the bottle. Should be a really good time.

Hey Ben,

when're you planning on hitting Brainstorm's rollers? A couple of my buddies are heading out in Jan from Vegas to have Roshan to tweak & tune a turbo Miata. I'm thinking of hooking up w/them to get away from the frozen tundra of the Bay Area. I'd love to what kind of #'s your ride churns out!

 

Not entirely sure. I have a show on the 17th so it will most likely be at the end of the month. Not sure if your buddy has Roshan's turbo setup on his Miata, but if so, it is insane. Brainstorm's turbo kit is perfect, so clean. Last numbers I saw on their shop car were something like 243 whp. Just nuts.
