I have not met one person who is exactly the same online as they are in person. Let's take you for example... Hard ***, my way or the highway, quick to judge, summ***** on here... ****ing teddy bear in person. When you joined, I despised you every time you posted... Now that we have met a few times, I know your personality a little better, so I know you aren't the tool you can come off as sometimes...

This kid is 18. He built his own block, installed his turbo and all accessories... I think he has the right to challenge someone to a race... **** when I was 18 I know I raced all the time... Just because most of us are older doesn't mean we haven't been in this kids shoes...
Take Matt (outback dream) for example... Did he start off as a kid who's parents bought him a wrx? Yeah. But he's a member of our community now. He can fix, install, or modify his own parts... Why? Because he had the desire to learn...

This thread has actually made my day (well almost) I feel exceptionally proud that the movie line referenced and re-quoted through out this thread I had to google as I had no idea what it was even in reference too!
When it came back as from one of the Fast and Queer movies I instantly knew why I had no clue what it referred too, I don't watch those complete bollocks films (Thank God!)

You realize my boss sarcastically called him out on that to see if he really worked at a shop or not and he went on about I don't have to pay whatever etc etc like it was a deal or something. Something he went on about not something we called him out on. When you want to go off like that it's obvious to be trolled upon like that.

Don't know what he posted on FB or whatever, but he actually seemed like a somewhat humble kid when I dealt with him in person. We installed a fuel system and a few other things for him and tuned the car. The motor seemed to run fine in general, although I suggested a couple things to check over. He took the advice respectfully.
You never know with people online though... Most are very different in person.
