my V1 came in handy driving up the 5

Too bad CHP NEVER helps out at the 152/156 cross east of gilroy. One officer to let traffic pass then stop would make that back up not nearly as bad. Went 10 miles in an hour going to the 101

I've seen them do that all summer on the section of 680 between Calaveras and Alum Rock.

Nothing, it always backs up there during any holiday weekend. I got stuck in it on friday night too, except it basically completely stopped about 1 mile past the turn off. I turned around, got back onto the 101S and went down the the 156, haulled *** on 156E and got back on 152E

Its plain retarded that you have to cross 152 to get to 156W. They should have a light, a traffic officer, or an overpass, instead of people going one by one and having it back up 10 miles in both directions

Saturday on the 101 I saw a brand new WRB sti still with dealer plates pulled over. The CHP was seriously everywhere this weekend. It was scary to drive.

They weren't EVERYWHERE...

^Me hitting warp 1 on a road somewhere in NorCal

^Another road in our travels

^Had the owner coming out loaded for bear, until we showed him we were just looking for a photograph...not to break in or steal anything.

BTW, in reality I was only doing 20mph on the road...he used the amazing abilities of the Nikon D2X camera to make the effect happen.

i was driving up san pablo near el cerrito and there was a dui checkpoint with tons of cops lined up on the center island peering into all of the cars and stopping some. i was trying to look as normal as i could then my gf makes some wisecrack about the cops standing ther looking all "wack." i started cracking up!

sure enough, one cop asks me to roll down my window and asks me for my licence and if i had anything to drink. of course my resonse was "yes sir," "no sir"

although what i wanted to say was, "nice boots, i didn't know they made those for men!"
