FS: Epson flatbed scanner and Wacom Intuos2 tablet

I'm currently selling some of my extra computer equipment because I have no use for them. My extra graphic design equipment is taking up too much space and gathering dust. These items are BRAND NEW IN THEIR BOXES and purchased from a local university while I was still in school. I've graduated a while ago and moved onto other things that don't require this equipment. I paid retail for these items a while back, so it's my loss and your gain! Sorry. No exchanges for car parts please, I need the cash more than I need stuff for my car. (I have a 2.5RS anyway, not like there's much in the first place for it). Open to reasonable offers.

Item: 12x12" Wacom Intuos2 Tablet with grip pen and mouse (click here)

This tablet is preferred by many of my graphic design and 3D computer artist friends due to it's accuracy and ease of use. Some no longer use their mice and mainly use the Wacom tablet to navigate around their computers. Great for aspiring graphic artists, illustrators, and 3D modelers/animaters! If you're serious about illustration and you have plenty of desk space to work with (more the better I say!), jump on this.

Paid Retail: $499
My Price: $400

Item: Epson 2580 Perfection Scanner (click here)

Epson is a personal favorite flatbed scanner of mine and it's the only brand of scanners I've used in the past that I actually liked because of the speed and the quality of the scans. It's great for scanning documents and film (includes a film feed adapter for those hardcore traditionalist photographers who haven't given into digital SLRs). My dad was going to use this to scan vector artwork onto his computer, but he decided to get a better scanner. Again, it's brand new, never opened.

Paid Retail: $120
My Price: $70

i'll vouch for the epson scanner quality.
they're the ONLY scanner i'll use now!
i've been using Epsons for over 5 years now and have no complaints!
the descreening filters rock to remove print screens from magazine/catalog images and the resolution is crisp!
color restoration works great too for refreshing/updating old photos.
and their software is easy to use with quality results.

i'm using a 4180 now which rocks an amazing 4800 x 9600 dpi resolution.

i'll also vouch for the Wacom products!
been an exclusive Wacom user since 2000.
hate using anything else.
def great stylus/art pads!
no other company can compete w/ the quality.
nice deal on the 12x12!

free bump.
