You're lucky he didn't look underneath the car, boy i can't believe they still aren't taught to look for all that illegal sh*t top to bottom. "Pop your hood" is all they know lol. Hope he doesn't read this thread here cuz then he'll come looking for you for making him feel sooo stupid haha! That is very funny though, i run a loudass straight pipe & fortunately they haven't ****ed with me yet (knock on wood). Sh*t, a Subie, especially an STi, needs to be hella loud & rumbly man, it's the only car that sounds like that!

Profiled 101. He thought he heard a loud car and so he pulled you over because yoh fit a profile. Never run your motor for a polie officer. You are giving up your rights.

Yea hopefully he's not sniffing around on here cause he did ask what's "I-club.com" (Decal on window) he asked if it was a racing team/crew? I told him that we actually do not condone and do not support Street racing and that we just love our cars and help eachother out and fundraise at times. Then that's when he mentioned my C-pillar bar (Megan 90-93 integra) he asked why I needed it and he said its for drag racing to help keep the car in a straight line....lol!

Not disagreeing with you but just curious, How would you have handled it? or how do you suggest handling these kind of events

Yeah I'm curious about that too. If they ask you to pop your hood, aren't you obligated to by law?
