Where the Lakers fans at?

Plus I feel kinda bad for Malone and Payton, even though they hardly played...

well, no "and's, if's, or but's......." Lake Show got beat down baaaad this series.
I hate it when I'm right, (about bad stuff) but I saw this coming back in last couple of games of the first round. I'm too tired to look for my original post and quote it, but looks like I was spot on when I said the EAST, especially the Pacers & Pistons were stronger than most people thought.
Both teams had too much athleticism and team speed, especially on defense & transitiion for the LAKERS, and well, it's in the books now.
I give it to the Pistons though, they played well as a team.

I'm here. Still love my Lakers.
I told my dad this might happen. All they wanted to talk about was Shaq. And how they couldn't stop Shaq. Theres always next year. I didn't lose any money.

Props to the Pistons. They were definitely the better team.
I'm a Laker's fan and have been since the late 70's. Bummer is that it it looks like I'm going to be rooting for a losing team
for a while since they will probably be will be losing at least half the team including Kobe (not sure if it's going to be another team or jail) and Phil.
As for the Kings, they still aren't in the same class as the Lakers, Spurs or Detroit. They still haven't won a championship in Sacramento.

Even I... the all knowing... (Picked Pistons to win it all before the playoffs even started in my office pool) didnt think the lakers would go out THAT BADLY. I mean.. they got dominated 5 games straight. just shows whut a crappy coach Phil Jackson is. I ALWAYS thought he was a overrated loser. i mean cmon... giving your players a book to read and Zen lessons aint coaching! Larry Brown is a much better coach. the lakers went out BADLY. I mean.. i dont even think they were trying! if I were a fan, i'd be pissed at the poor effort.
i still dont know why people didnt give the pistons more credit before the series started. they were 2-2 with the lakers during the regular season.. BEFORE THEY EVEN HAD RASHEED! its not rocket science that rasheed's addition put them over the top.
