I'm down in south bay, but asked the same question probably 6 months ago...
I called up Omega, but the wait was about 3-4 weeks before they could get me in. I ended up going with The Preferred Image (www.366tint.com) in Redwood City and was very pleased. Got 7 windows on my wagon for $234 and it got done after leaving the car with them for the afternoon. I believe Omega was the same price or $10 less for the same, after the i-club discount, but the wait made me choose The Preferred Image over Omega and the recommendations on this forum.
...you probably already know this, but the % of tint doesn't dictate the price, just the number of windows.
Also, Mach III in SF was recommended to me back when I posted where to go. I can't vouch for them, but I thought I'd pass it along.
