Personally I see it like this, setting up a car for your daily grind go to somewhere like AI and you wont be dissappointed.

Setting up a car you plan to race in go somewhere that has a reputation amongst your peers as being good (Peers meaning the folks out at the race track with you not the guys you talk **** with online that only race logitec wheels)

Roger Kraus would fall into the latter.

just to add another useless opinion:

dude, if you spend every weekend on the track and can feel a difference in .1 degree of camber or have a crazy suspension setup go to Roger Klaus he is highly recommended by everyone that races around here.

If you need a very quality alignment for 60$ go to AI they are great. They will set the car to whatever you specs you want, but Orlando knows his stuff and if you will set as he suggests you won't be dissapointed.

FYI AI charged me $100 for my '03 WRX 4 wheel alignment. The increase was for my camber bolts in the rear since I had Eibachs. .

I would take it to Roger Kraus regardless of what I was doing with the car.

I take my girlfriend's car and my parents' cars there too, its just a better shop, period.

Seriously though, Auto Innovations is a great shop for the Suby crowd. They were able to fit me in at the last minute. When I showed up they found a nail in my tire before they did the alignment (which might have messed things up because the tire was slowly losing air). They filled my spare to the right pressure, mounted the spare, and rescheduled me.

So they get bonus points for paying attention, finding the nail, mounting a spare, fitting my schedule, and doing a great job on alignment. They also didn't charge me extra for their work with the spare -- and I know that there are shops out there who would charge for those 15 minutes.

AI also has unbeatable prices.

I just went to AI last saturday and Orlando and his crew of ninjas were able to get as close to the specs that I requested. And I watched them do it.

That shop I mentioned before in San Francisco didn't even know that the front camber was adjustable from the factory and almost got into a little bit of a "discussion" with him.

I will NEVER go anywhere else except AI...
