Yea thats disgusting that not 1 cop made it there. It's obviously by a school and where **** is known to erupt. Even tho its only about 2:40 seconds, theres really no excuse. They just don't want to deal with that shiz.

its awesome the way no one steps in after he's down... Also the way after they drag him off of the ground, no one says "call 911, he's unconscious" or "lets get him to a hospital".....

Not making excuses for chicago, but think about phone delay, think about response time.
Its in the middle of the day,streets are busy. What if nobody even called police? Whats the chance they would actually be driving down the street?
Sad story, that kid took a beating. Nobody deserves to die like that, thats absolutely horrible.
