If you're willing to travel to Sacramento, head to Prairie City OHV. Cheap admission and you get get dirty.
This is the location that we rallyx at, but you won't have the benefit of a tractor. Many areas are VERY rough. However, there are some dirt/gravel sections that can be used to play around in (not the parking lots with the benches).
